When you complete your ticket purchase online, you will still need to go to a 7-11 convenience store to use the ibon machine to collect your tickets upon arriving in Taiwan. The ticket collection process is as follows:

When selecting ibon ticket collection, a service fee of NT$30 will be charged per transaction. Please pay in cash when collecting tickets at the 7-11 store.

Instructions for ibon ticket collection:

(1) On the ibon machine, select: 【購票/取票/訂房】>【售票系統】>【取票】>【iNDIEVOX獨立音樂網】.

(2) Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your 【Ticket Collection Serial Number and Ticket Collection Number】, and print the payment receipt for ticket collection. (You can view the Ticket Collection Serial Number and Ticket Collection Number in iNDIEVOX web 【My Tickets】 section.)

(3) Please take the payment receipt to the store counter to make payment and collect your tickets.

Orders that have been paid but not collected within the specified time will be considered sold, and no refunds will be accepted. There will be no ticket collection service on-site, so please ensure you collect your tickets at a 7-11 convenience store before the performance time.

The ibon tickets are printed on thermal paper, so please handle them with care and keep them away from heat sources to prevent the entire paper from turning black, which may hinder recognition and affect your admission rights.
